My good friend Caroline’s bridal party was a roaring success, held on the Saturday following New Year’s Day. The theme was the stylish and sophisticated roaring 20s, complete with a feminine touch of white, gold, pink, and feathers. We went all out with a beautiful balloon garland, tinsel curtains, and glitter everywhere, creating an ambiance of glitz and glamour. The room was alive with laughter and chatter, and the sparkling tinsel added to the festive atmosphere. The guests received personalized Champagne bottles labeled as “Caroline’s Bubble” as gifts, and there was no shortage of sweets and desserts to indulge in. To add to the fun, we set up a donut ring wall and a headband-making station for everyone to enjoy, complete with a sign inviting everyone to “put on your feathers, Doll Face.” As the prohibition had ended, there was an abundance of drinks to go around.
